• Query: My property is sold or no longer for sale. Please take it off your site.
  Answer: Properties can be taken off the site by going to the property control panel and unticking the 'publish' box.
• Query: I have made changes to my property and now I can't see it on your site.
  Answer: It is normal for your property to go offline for a few hours after you have changed it. This means it is awaiting one of our team to check it.
• Query: My ad is on your site but I can't see it on fish4homes.
  Answer: It normally takes a few days for adverts to propogate through to our partner sites.
